SHIP AND RETURN
We will endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from London, UK.
Availability of products cannot be guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched. Please note that all our shipments are insured. UK residents will pay VAT on their purchase.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
To return a purchase or request an exchange, please firstly notify us at INFO@COVENUK.COM within 14 days of receipt.
We can only accept original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with their original tags attached. Beauty items, works of art, select home goods and bespoke or personalized items are not eligible for return.
Coven UK has the rights to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy and may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
We ask that you initiate your return as follows:
- Request a return authorization number by emailing INFO@COVENUK.COM with your order number, name of item(s) you would like to return and the reason why the item(s) did not work out
- You will then receive a number and instructions
- Return the item(s) in the original shipping box or an alternative secure box
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund duties and taxes paid.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at INFO@COVENUK.COM.
In the case of damage incurred during shipment, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
Please note that original shipping and duty fees are non-refundable.
